Our company was established in 1978 as Climatic Air Conditioning Company (Climacond S.A.R.L), with the intention of becoming a national provider of building systems’ installation and maintenance. Since 1982, we have operated as a local heating and cooling company. We were mainly a distributor of Lennox Industries until the late 1990s when we included Systemair to our business portfolio.

During this time, we also added plumbing to our mix of business offerings and by the late 2000s became a full service mechanical contractor focused on the heavy commercial and industrial market place. Our tremendous growth came from successfully expanding services to existing customers and attracting high-quality companies to our network of business partners. With a firm grasp on the HVAC market, CME set out to develop a sustainable mechanical service operation. The nucleus for this operation was made possible by our experience and vision. Our vast scope and reach gives our customers distinct advantages over local competitors. As we look forward as a company, we share best practices, ideas, and technology to give you better project quality, performance, and safety.
